Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of cabling systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with different networking technologies. As a Cable Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have reliable connectivity and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cabling systems including Ethernet and fiber optics.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical connections and ensure proper functionality.
• Work with Cisco routers and other networking equipment to establish connections.
• Perform fiber splicing as needed for network installations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to cabling and connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding installation processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cabling, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills related to installation processes.
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in the field of cabling.
• Most have a truck , Suv or a Van to use for work.
• Most be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $600.00 - $2,200.00 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
