• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Conduct product demos when needed to showcase new or featured items to customers.
• Upsell complementary products to increase sales while providing helpful recommendations.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing.
