Join our Women Who Trade event for a unique opportunity to network with traders from our Markets division. Gain valuable insights into how they established their careers, deepen your understanding of our trading business, and learn about the skills we seek in future talent. Experience the excitement of trading firsthand through our simulation and training sessions.

Discover how we build teams that make you feel valued and motivated at J.P. Morgan. We welcome students from all majors.

  • Engage in interactive presentations to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Trading at J.P. Morgan.
  • Apply theory in practice through dynamic trading simulations.
  • Enhance your skills and expertise in hands-on workshops.
  • Network with traders and senior leaders at J. P. Morgan.

Selected interstate participants will be provided with flights to Sydney to attend the event in person, if required.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Studying at a University located in Australia
  • Must be penultimate year Bachelor's or Master's student graduating between April 2027 and December 2027
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at time of application
  • Enthusiasm for Financial Services Industry and Trading

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related fields
  • Pursuing a degree in Commerce, Economics or Law related fields

Event Date and Time: Thursday, 28 May, 2026 at 9:00AM – 6:00PM AEST

Format: In person at J.P. Morgan Sydney office
