We are seeking a versatile 3D Generalist to join our creative team, responsible for crafting high-quality 3D assets, environments, characters, and animations for playable ads, mobile games, and digital content. You will work closely with designers, animators, and developers to ensure seamless asset integration and visually compelling results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects.
• Develop both stylized and realistic assets based on creative direction.
• Ensure assets are optimized for real-time applications, including mobile games and interactive ads.
• Work on UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and shading to enhance visual quality.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate assets into Unity or other game engines.
• Assist with rigging and basic animations for characters and interactive elements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in 3D production.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist, 3D Artist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation using industry-standard tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of game-ready asset creation, PBR workflows, and real-time optimization.
• Experience with UV unwrapping, baking textures, and material creation.
• Familiarity with real-time engines like Unity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative production environment.
• Strong artistic eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
