Key Responsibilities:
4PL SME focuses on process standardization to support transformation and performance delivery objectives.
- Has responsibility for independently handling daily Documentation tasks in line with the Client/Process internal operating procedures and ensures quality of service is maintained at all times.
- Interacts with internal stakeholders and plays an active role in resolving process related issues, training and coaching of new team members and supporting the Team Lead on a regular basis.
- Drive end-to-end process standardization & digitalization for product across platforms/applications.
- The role is expected to work closely with the Functional Product Owners to define and establish best in class process, enabling our people to connect and simplify global supply chains.
- Also work closely with the Platform Product Owners to design and enhance the modern way of working through tech-based solutions on our platforms.
- Be assistance of (internal & external) user journey by catering to training needs, issue resolution, and customer onboarding
- The role is expected to drive the following four key objectives:
Process Standardization
- Drive process standardization in the area with the ultimate goal to deliver better productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Reduce process variations across products
- Be assistance for FPO (Functional Product Owners) to create standard QRG (quick reference guide) / SOP (standard operating procedures)
- Automation - idea generation and consultant of process and system to automation team
- Digitalization
- Drive transformation and Innovation for future platform, participate in/co-ordinate system testing with quality inputs and support collect AHT (average handling time)
- Operationally owns the system change request for the Area: Evaluate change requests/ideas from Super User, raise change requests/ ideas to FPO
- Be the Area escalation point for issues and aligned/ required by FPO
- Support system access management for the area
- Ensure all system training needs for local SU's and local organization are covered
Process improvements:
- Systematic efforts to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of business processes. It involves the identification, analysis, and implementation of changes to existing processes with the goal of achieving better results.
Platforms adoption:
- Accelerate the SCP (Supply Chain Platform), CM (case management) platform adoptions in Lead Logistics organization. Support Leadership & Development to equip the platform knowledge, understand the execution requirements to enhance the platforms and work with XPOs to continuously evolve and enhance the platforms to improve the user and customer experience.
People Capabilities:
- Actively engage with Area and GSC stakeholders to identify training needs and support requirements. Feedback to HR/LnD team to arrange the trainings and improve the capabilities in lead logistics organization.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills - can articulate very well and manage conversation with the Leaders / Stakeholders
- Strong in documentation (process mapping, Minutes of the Meeting, Internal Operating Systems, Quick Reference Guide)
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers
- Experience in customer onboarding/ implementation, preferable in application & systems
- Excellent in problem-solving skills
- Good in change management skills
- Strong ownership/ result orientation, with ability to drive results through others
- Strong conceptual abilities – able to translate complex issues into ideas and actions.
- Willingness to support a specialist network (SME/SU communities, FPO, application managers, technical teams…)
- Self-learning skills, and proactiveness to learn from others
- Ability to make good use of technology to gather, analyze, and visualize data
- Good time management
- Project management skills
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:
- 3 years and above experience with logistics, preferable in process and systems.
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course.
- Experience with setting up or rolling out 4PL or Supply Chain Management application & systems.
- Experience with 4PL and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination.
- Have worked in various geographies and/or having managed a scope spanning across multiple countries.
