EXHALE Fitness Coach Position

About the Role:

EXHALE Fitness is a functional fitness gym (pending CrossFit affiliation) opening on November 2nd for Group, Semi-Private and Personal Coaching. We are building a team of coaches committed to help our members achieve their fitness goals. We’re looking for those looking to engage, learn, and grow, with a passion for continuous development and eagerness for feedback.

Responsibilities:

The position's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to…

  • Lead and/or assist in coaching a minimum of 6 classes per week (includes Personal Training).
  • Take on personal training and 1-on-1 sessions (if applicable).
  • Maintain regular contact with members to stay updated on their goals and needs.
  • Execute Class Checklist for each class and Open/Close Checklist as applicable
  • Have a deep understanding of EXHALE’s program offerings, sales, onboarding, retention, and cancellation processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by performing necessary duties
  • Communicate with management and staff via company tools.
  • Help manage retail and inventory (when applicable).

Qualifications

  • CF-L1 certification required (or plans to achievce one); additional certifications in personal training or group fitness are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CrossFit, health, and nutrition, with a commitment to staying at the forefront of fitness.
  • Experience in CrossFit coaching (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead group classes and personal training sessions (or demonstrated willingness to learn) – we strive for excellence in all we do.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills – maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
  • Inspiring leadership that motivates and empowers others by leading through action.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and creative thinking skills – able to stay calm and resourceful in any situation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
