POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for guest satisfaction by handling all cash and credit card transactions in an expeditious and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains positive guest relation.
- Greets all guests entering the establishment, thanks and invites them back upon leaving.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures for all cash handling functions.
- Computes guest check totals with speed and accuracy.
- Accommodates our guests and employees by giving prompt service.
- Develops and maintains proper serving techniques.
- Observes all health regulations and safety precautions.
- Completes any set-up, closing duties, and side work assigned.
- Keeps the establishment clean and well maintained.
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
