The Aboriginal Health Partnerships Manager will represent AWH as the primary liaison for establishing and strengthening partnerships with local Aboriginal service providers and key Aboriginal stakeholders. This role will collaborate with the Aboriginal community and relevant organizations to support self-determination and implement initiatives that enhance access to healthcare while reducing barriers for Aboriginal people within the AWH catchment area. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Manage the delivery of projects and initiatives including working with a team to develop a Reconciliation Action Plan for AWH.
- Identify other opportunities for AWH to work with Community Aboriginal Services to increase access to access to care for Aboriginal people.
- Lead AWH’S engagement with local Aboriginal communities through formal and informal channels of communication
