Working as part of our accommodation team, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout our guest bedrooms and accommodation areas.

The Role

As an Accommodation Assistant, you’ll help ensure that every guest bedroom and accommodation area is presented to the highest standard, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard

· Changing bed linen and towels and preparing rooms for incoming guests or stayovers

· Replenishing guest amenities and ensuring all in-room items are presented correctly

· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all accommodation areas

· Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly

· Ensuring rooms are prepared efficiently in line with guest arrival schedules

· Supporting the wider accommodation team to maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence

· Following all cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential – we provide training and development to help you succeed. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high standards that support exceptional guest satisfaction.
