Shift Pattern: 10.15am – 03.15pm approx.(Saturday)

Job Description

Manage a housekeeping team to ensure efficiency and excellence.

As Accommodation/Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a large housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

You will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate a large housekeeping team to ensure efficiency and excellence.

2. Conduct room and public area inspections to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.

3. Assist in training and motivating your team members to deliver an excellent service.

4. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all time deadlines are met.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

HSEQ:

• Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on site
• Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)
• Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations
• Read, understand and work in accordance with the company’s HSEQ Policies
• Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions

Other features of the job

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
