Account Administrator

P McCaffrey Motors is a well established independent Car dealership based in Navan, Co Meath and is now seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Accounts Administrator, who will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or in an Accountancy practice.

This is a key role within the Company requiring a proactive individual who can manage Accounts, support operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.

SALARY: Top Rate paid to suitable candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Day to Day Accounting Operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Weekly Payroll, Bank Reconciliations.

Inputting of all Vehicle Purchases on Garage Management Software.

Maintain accurate and up to date Financial records.

Liaise closely with external Accountant.

General Administration duties and support.

REQUIREMENTS

3rd level Qualification in Accounting

Minimum 3 years working experience in industry or Accountancy Practice

Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Excellent accuracy, clear communication and work to deadlines
