This is a full-time, remote opportunity with working hours from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

Account Coordinator:

The Account Coordinator is integral to ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and our internal teams. This role requires strategic planning, meticulous organization, and proactive problem-solving to align recruitment efforts with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client point of contact
• Translate intake into clear search briefs, timelines, and SLAs
• Coordinate recruiters and sourcers
• Maintain dashboards, notes, and status updates in CRM/ATS
• Deliver concise reports on progress, risks, and next steps

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in account coordination or project management (recruiting/services)
• Strong client communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation
• Solid planning and multitasking; hits deadlines consistently
• Proficient with CRM/ATS and project/collab tools (Sheets/Docs, task trackers)
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
