Recruit-O-Matic is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Account Executive to manage client relationships for high-volume door-to-door sales organizations. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients and work closely with them to ensure they receive the sales representatives they need to grow their teams.

This position focuses on client management, recruiting strategy, and high-volume hiring coordination — not conducting interviews. You will manage 25–30 client accounts simultaneously, helping clients scale their sales teams efficiently.

We are a fast-growing startup, so the ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable with technology, and able to pivot quickly as processes evolve.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain relationships with 25–30 active client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding hiring needs and recruiting progress
• Work with door-to-door sales organizations to strategize high-volume hiring plans
• Monitor recruiting pipelines to ensure clients are receiving a steady flow of qualified sales reps
• Provide updates, reporting, and performance insights to clients
• Coordinate internally to ensure recruiting efforts align with each client’s hiring goals
• Use CRM and recruiting technology to track account activity and results
• Quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes in a startup environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong client relationship and account management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms
• Experience in account management, recruiting operations, client services, or sales support preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup
