We are hiring a Account Manager to own delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring projects ship on time, scope is controlled, billing is accurate, and clients stay confident. This role acts as the operational quarterback, translating strategy into execution while keeping ClickUp and delivery systems clean and up to date. Ideal for someone with martech or RevOps experience who can run sprints, manage capacity and dependencies, and lead cross-functional teams without dropping details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kickoff calls and ongoing client calls to establish milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, run-of-show documents, and weekly status updates.
- Drive project execution across multiple parallel initiatives (workflows, integrations, analytics dashboards, AI-agent automations).
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and change requests with clear documentation and client alignment using sprints and agile frameworks
- Serve as the “single source of truth” for delivery status and next steps.
Key Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years of experience in project management, program management, or client delivery in a martech, RevOps, agency, or SaaS implementation environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple clients/projects concurrently with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Deep experience running project delivery systems (ClickUp strongly preferred; Asana/Jira/Monday acceptable).
- Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets/hours, and change requests in client-facing engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—able to synthesize complex work into simple, confident updates.
- Comfortable coordinating technical and non-technical teams (developers, automation specialists, analysts, client stakeholders).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—does not need to be chased.
- Experience at or with tools/ecosystems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, GTM, Zapier, PostHog, Segment, or BI tools (Metabase/Looker).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php53,000.00 - Php67,000.00 per month
