Overview:
Qualifications:
Our client is currently looking for an Account Manager.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, as they will be directly engaging with clients.
In addition, the role requires a solid level of technical and analytical capability to effectively demonstrate our software and review advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with the ability to provide informed recommendations for optimization.

- Client relationship manager: Anticipation of client needs, manages expectations, and builds trust.
- Communication: Clearly articulation of how our client's technology works to solve client objectives
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Acts as a liaison between clients and internal ad operations
- Data Interpretation: Ability to review campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CPL, etc.) to provide insights
- Optimization: Can translate data into practical adjustments to improve campaign performance
- Reporting: Can communicate from dashboard reporting performance metrics and recommend improvement
- Campaign Management: General understanding of META, Linkedin, and Google platforms. Some hands-on experience helpful
