Account Manager ACUVUE Johnson & Johnson Norway

We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Account Manager to join our ACUVUE® sales team in Norway. Responsible for an assigned geographic territory, home‑based in Østlandet.

You will become part of a high‑performing team of five Account Managers, with responsibility for a diverse customer base from Primary business owners to Opticians and Optical staff across major Key accounts and independent practices.

This is not a traditional sales role. As an ACUVUE® Account Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner—supporting customers to grow their commercial success while strengthening their clinical offering.

Through best‑in‑class onboarding and continuous development, you will gain deep expertise in our products, category strategies, and services, enabling you to become a true ACUVUE® ambassador.

Objectives of the position

  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular, value‑adding interactions
  • Deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and ambitions within your territory
  • Develop account‑specific strategies to drive sustainable growth
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance objectives
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to guide planning and decision‑making
  • Effectively plan and manage your territory, including execution of:
    • Marketing and category initiatives
    • New product launches
  • Deliver product training and professional education to optometrists and optical staff
  • Represent Johnson & Johnson Vision at regional and national clinical meetings and conferences
  • Maintain accurate, timely reporting using CRM and other internal systems
  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and marketplace developments
  • Act as the face of ACUVUE® and Johnson & Johnson Vision in your territory, always working in line with the J&J Credo and values

Qualifications

  • Education, bachelor’s degree or equivalent (ideally within business, healthcare or science)
  • Experience from a sales, account management, or customer‑facing role; experience from the optical industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A self‑driven, structured approach with high personal accountability
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Able to travel regularly for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage

What We Offer

  • A purpose‑driven role with a global healthcare leader
  • Comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning & development
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance culture
  • Opportunities for career development within Johnson & Johnson
  • The chance to make a real difference to eye health and patient outcomes

Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is proud to support diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the workplace.
