Account Manager — ARPwave | Medical Device | Performance, Recovery & Provider Growth

ARPwave is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who can build new relationships, support providers, and help grow accounts across our network. This is not just a maintenance role. It is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys connecting with clinics, helping providers succeed, and creating growth opportunities along the way.

ARPwave is a neuromuscular therapy technology trusted by physical therapists, chiropractors, and performance professionals nationwide. Our providers use ARPwave to accelerate recovery, improve outcomes, and set their practice apart. We do not just place devices, we support providers in building stronger, more successful businesses.

In this role, you will help bring on new providers, guide accounts through activation, support utilization and revenue growth, and build strong long-term relationships. You will work closely with clinics to remove bottlenecks, improve performance, identify expansion opportunities, and help them get the most out of ARPwave. You will also play a key role in developing new business relationships and turning interest into lasting provider partnerships.

We are looking for someone who is personable, motivated, business-minded, and comfortable having conversations around growth, performance, and opportunity. Experience in medical device, healthcare, SaaS, or account management is valuable, especially with physical therapy, chiropractic, or performance-based providers.

Compensation includes a $50,000 to $90,000 base, plus bonus and commission, with on-target earnings of $110,000 to $150,000+ and strong upside for top performers.
