Key Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound requests from the website (existing and potential B2B / B2C customers) through phone and email
· Manage our portfolio of existing large B2B customers across all of Europe (order entry, post-sales follow up, etc.) and be the first point of contact for them.
· Answer customer price requests either directly or in coordination with local field teams as well as any other inquiries.
Successful applicants must have:
· A strong work ethic
· Excellent organisation skills
· Fluent English & French
· Any additional European language is a plus
· The determination and tenacity to succeed
· Be a people person and have the ability to drive work independently
