Sales Account Manager
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 DOE + excellent commission
Our client, one of Ireland's most inspiring and culturally significant media publications, is looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Account Manager.
This role is about more than selling space. It's about understanding the rhythm of a creative media organisation and helping ideas find the right partners. We're looking for a natural connector, someone who can link commercial goals with genuine cultural impact. You'll work closely with the editorial, design, production and events teams every day to help bring great ideas to life.
As an important member of the commercial team, you won't just be part of the growth, you'll help shape it.
The Role: What You'll Do
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term commercial relationships with agencies, brands and partners.
- Sell Creative Ideas: Work with clients to create and sell innovative brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns that go beyond standard ads.
- Drive Revenue Across Platforms: Grow advertising revenue across the full ecosystem: print, digital, social media, events and broadcast.
- Spot Opportunities: Proactively identify new market opportunities and turn them into clear, actionable plans that deliver revenue.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a confident ambassador for the publication, bringing energy, credibility and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow advertising revenue across the publication's full multi-platform portfolio.
- Produce high-quality, creative proposals and compelling pitch presentations.
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, from the first conversation through to campaign delivery and reporting.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and provide clear, accurate updates on sales performance.
Ideal Experience
- Media Sales: At least 4 years' experience in media sales within the Irish market.
- Proven Results: A track record of building brand partnerships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Industry Connections: Experience working directly with Irish media agencies and brands.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working alongside content or production teams. If you've sold sponsorships, events, or branded content before, that is a strong advantage.
