Your main responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the client account through a structured plan (strategy, internal alignment, action plan, C-Level plan).

• Drive commercial operations: pipeline management, contract negotiations, launch of new offers and marketing initiatives.

• Identify and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including at executive level.

• Lead and coach the account team to ensure internal alignment and operational excellence.

• Orchestrate ABB resources to achieve business objectives and manage strategic initiatives.

Profile sought

• Master’s degree or >10 years of experience in strategic account management and customer relations.

• Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial strategy.

• Key skills: leadership, strategic planning, networking, performance-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
