Account Manager/Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in business development and market expansion while utilizing tools like Salesforce to track performance and manage client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and report on progress.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving product adoption.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology sales.
• Strong background in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
