JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Accounting Records Management
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the company’s accounting records.
- Assist in developing and improving accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
II. Financial Reporting
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including:
- Balance Sheet
- Income Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance.
III. Tax Compliance and Filing
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns.
- Monitor compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities on tax-related matters when necessary.
- Processing documents and coordinating with government agencies.
IV. Payroll Support
- Assist the HR or the payroll officer in the preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll.
- Ensure accuracy in salary computation, statutory deductions, and related reports.
- Prepare a monthly payroll report and budget
V. System and Process Improvement
- Recommend and support the implementation of accounting systems, formulas, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on best practices in financial management and reporting.
VI. Consultation and Advisory
- Provide ongoing financial consultation and support to management.
- Attend meetings as required to address accounting concerns and provide strategic financial advice.
VI. Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and company-sensitive information.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
