Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations)

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Handle month-end and year-end closings

• Accurately manage and process company payroll

• Work closely with other departments

• Keep everything documented and organized with strong accounting controls

• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

You’re Perfect for This If You Have:

• CPA certification (non-negotiable)

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management

• Hands-on payroll experience (also non-negotiable)

• Super detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy

• Great communication and organizational skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Tools You’ll Use:

• QuickBooks Online (Advanced)

• Excel or Google Sheets

Communication tools (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift in PH Time)

Must-Haves:

• Active productivity tracker with screenshots

• Willingness to work US time (graveyard shift)
