Accounting Analyst

Sicilian Roast is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Analyst to support our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and value accuracy and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years accounting experience in the food industry – required
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production accounting
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely financial and management reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses; monitor budget compliance.
• Analyze financial data and recommend appropriate business actions.
• Ensure effective financial and internal controls and reliable records.
• Improve accounting policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate with auditors, advisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend required meetings and perform other related duties as assigned.
