About the Role:
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas within our Record to Report (R2R) organization. This role is ideal for candidates who want to broaden their accounting expertise in a multinational environment while contributing to standardized global processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations (Blackline)
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all assigned processes
  • Perform ad‑hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights
  • Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries

Qualifications:

Must‑Haves:
  • Strong financial accounting foundation with ability to apply principles to new areas
  • Clear and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in large or virtual teams
  • Adaptability and a transformational mindset

Nice‑to‑Haves:
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar GL systems
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Blackline, Tableau, Power BI, SmartView, QlikView)
  • Exposure to internal/external audits and SOX compliance
  • Experience in R2R, OPEX, fixed assets, intercompany, or revenue accounting
  • Background in process standardization or automation initiatives
