Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team! This role is open to fresh graduates and is an excellent opportunity to start a career in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial documents and records.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business course.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior internship or work experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
