ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant that wants to be a part of our growth journey. As a member of the Finance team, you will be a part of a small yet pivotal team, that plays a key role in the external financial reporting, as well as contributing to our internal projects that drives scalability and efficiency across the Group.
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager in Sweden while also collaborating closely with a large global network of colleagues — including accountants, tax specialists, and business controllers. Together with two teammates, you will form the Swedish Accounting team, responsible for all accounting activities for the Group’s Swedish entities. You’ll be part of a truly international environment, with fantastic colleagues based in Malta, Sweden, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, the US, and Colombia.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Process invoices and managing accounts payable
- Process payments, reconcile bank statements, track bank deposits and payments
- Process credit card transactions and expenses
- Communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Prepare documentation for the monthly closure process
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Other daily accounting activities.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
More than 1+ year experience in accounting. You are either at the beginning of your journey, or more experienced individual who is looking for a new challenge.
- Experience of accounting software (NetSuite experience is ideal) and banking solutions.

Intermediate competency with Excel.
- Fluid in Swedish and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
