Hiring: Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our accountant in daily tasks. This role requires basic accounting knowledge, but no license is needed.

Accounting Support:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

· Assist in processing invoices, vendor payments, and employee expenses.

· Organize and systematically file financial documents to ensure compliance.

· Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to finance.

Qualifications:

✅ Basic knowledge of accounting principles
✅ Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial records (preferred but not required)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software is a plus
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Willingness to learn and assist with financial tasks

Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines (ONSITE) Preferred CEBU Base candidates.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2 days off per week

Working Hours: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
