Accounting Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Perform administrative support functions
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports
• Processing of Accounts Payable Vouchers and checks, Accounts Receivable
• Checking, monitoring & reconciling the sales and deposits versus remittance of all third-party aggregators and all non-cash payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Willingness to be assigned in Mandaluyong City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
