Accounting Assistant (Peza Experience)

Handles accounting functions.

· Maintain accounting records through Quickbooks.

· Prepares the entries in the book of accounts.

· Timely preparations/analysis of monthly Financial Statements and variances

· Interprets financial and operating results to management

· Prepares standard journal entries

· Reconciles payroll

· Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures; laws and regulations.

· Maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records

· Prepares reports for VAT returns.

· Prepares Quarterly and Annual Taxes and Alpha list

· Updates cash position / cash flow

· Prepares ELI Sales Invoices to Wholesaler

Requirements

• Preferably a graduate of Accountancy or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Certified Public Accountant
• Accountant with knowledge of PEZA accounting transactions, specifically EZMPR (Economic Zone Monthly Performance Report) and ACMS (Annual Compliance Management System).
• Must be organized, innovative, and creative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Open for Individual Contributor position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Carmona: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• PEZA transaction: 2 years (Preferred)
