An Accounting - Ttreasury assistant's job is to handle basic financial transactions for a business or organization, and to report to the treasury manager. Their responsibilities include:
- Financial transactions: Writing checks, creating and opening accounts, and tracking account balances
- Communication: Maintaining communication with buyers, sellers, and other business partners
- Record keeping: Keeping meticulous records of transactions and backing up vital information
- Cash management: Monitoring the group's cash management and loans
- Budgeting: Assisting in the consolidation and timely submission of the annual budget
- Cash flow management: Ensuring effective cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation
