Accounting Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Finance and Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily finance and accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in reporting and compliance activities. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Process invoices, journal entries, and other accounting transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Help with tax preparation, audit requirements, and financial documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial concerns and documentation.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Finance, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant internship or on-the-job training experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
