Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable

We are seeking a Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable to join our dynamic team. This role supports accurate and timely payment processing and helps maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of approved requests for payment using Computerized Accounting System (CAS).
• Validate supporting documents by matching major documents such as purchase order/contract, receiving report and supplier’s invoices (exercise three (3) way matching of documents).
• Endorse processed Accounts Payable including the supporting documents to Treasury for check preparation/online banking payment processing/releasing to suppliers, contractors, employees, government agencies and other entities.
• Ensures that all Accounts Payable documents are complete and properly filed for audit and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Educational Attainment - Graduate of B. S. Accountancy or related business courses
• Licensure - not required
• Experience - At least Two (2) years of related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in SAP (Computerized Accounting System)
• Financial Accounting and Taxation
• Organization skills and attention details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
