Our role encompasses conducting initial screenings of applicants. After a comprehensive review of their qualifications, we present their profiles to our partners/clients for potential job placement.

For this specific job posting, we’re helping our business partner find a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Compile and review financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting: Prepare financial forms, reports, and documents, including budgets and financial statements.
• Compliance: Assist with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing, ensuring adherence to Philippine legal and local regulatory requirements.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Client Interaction: Handle routine client correspondence and answer inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Supervise accounting operations, including financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. shrm.org
• Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in General Accounting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with BIR filings and reporting, including Income Tax Returns and Annual Financial Statements.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent learner with excellent decision-making skills.
• Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and job dedication.
• Eager to expand knowledge beyond accounting for professional growth.
• Passionate about accounting, committed, and possesses a positive attitude.
• A background in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
• Must be amenable to working on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
