Accounting Manager (E-Commerce / Retail / wholesale)
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts & Inventory for online and retail operations
- Oversee revenue recognition from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
- Monitor payment gateways, refunds, chargebacks, and sales reconciliation.
- Prepare GST submissions and liaise with IRAS.
- Support management with profit margin analysis, campaign ROI, and inventory costing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on promotions, discounts, and supplier payments.
- Lead automation of finance workflows with systems (SiteGiant, Xero, AutoCount).
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 1 in e-commerce/retail.
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and cross-border tax.
- Hands-on with accounting/ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
