Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (IFRS/GAAP).
• Record property transactions: acquisitions, sales, leases, development costs.
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and investment returns.
• Handle budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounting for pre-selling, escrow accounts, and billings.

2. Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR rules, and real estate regulations.
• Maintain strong internal controls for accurate financial data.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.

3. Accounts Management/Supervision

• Oversee department payables, receivables, and payroll.
• Track collections from buyers and tenants.
• Record commissions, broker incentives, and rebates.
• Monitor construction, land acquisition, and related costs.

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Assign tasks, review work, and give feedback.
• Promote accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

5. Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights for investment and pricing decisions.
• Help prepare feasibility studies and ROI analyses.
• Work with other departments to align financial goals with business plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 1 year of experience as Supervisor/Manager
• Relevant experience in real estate accounting is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
