Accounting Staff

Location: Intramuros, Manila

Work Setup: 4 Days On-site, 1 Day Work-from-Home (WFH) after 6-month probation

What You’ll Do:

Bank Reconciliation:

- Perform monthly reconciliations for BDO accounts (Savings, Current, and others) and Security Bank.

- Ensure all reconciliations are up-to-date and any issues are promptly addressed.

- Maintain and safeguard daily collection summaries.

Contribution Deposit Monitoring:

- Reconcile and monitor contribution deposit accounts monthly.

- Purge outdated transactions and ensure accurate reporting to senior management.

Maintenance of Financial Records:

- Encode transactions into the books for KCFC and two Foundations.

- Ensure manual books are maintained as per BIR requirements.

- Handle bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks for discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy or related field.

- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in general accounting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
