Accounting Staff

We are a growing retail and service business in Bacolod City. We operate multiple kiosks inside 888 Premier Mall, offering phones, laptops, accessories, and repair services.

We are looking for a full-time Accounting Staff to help manage sales and expense tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collect and check daily sales/expense reports from each store
• Record and maintain accurate ledgers
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile sales vs. deposits
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial summaries
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance (BIR)
• Support the senior accountant with reports and documentation

Qualifications

✔ Graduate of Accounting/Finance or related course (or equivalent experience)

✔ Knowledge in bookkeeping and MS Excel/Google Sheets

✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy

✔ Willing to work on-site and visit stores daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
