Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to support daily accounting and finance operations. The role involves recording financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and update daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
