Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all hotel operations.
  • Record and monitor daily transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, expenses, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, receivables, payables) and ensure accuracy of balances.
  • Monitor hotel revenues and costs to ensure proper recording and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with front office, reservations, and other departments for verification of financial transactions.
  • Maintain organized and complete financial documentation for audit purposes.
  • Assist in internal and external audits and support process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (required).
  • At least basic to working knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in accounting or the hospitality industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
