Accounting Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Must have an advance knowledge of accounting software.
• Expertise in excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and find effective solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely posting of Accounts Payable in SAP.
• Ensure that all AFL-Pro cash advances are approved and liquidated timely.
• Manage that petty cash funds/revolving funds is always at 30% level.
• Ensure proper handling of revolving/petty cash fund.
• Ensure that all utilities are processed and paid timely.
• Monitor and ensure that AFL Non-Pro transactions are closed within 7 days
• Ensure proper monitoring of all advances to supplier (ATS)
• Ensure proper monitoring of all advances to officers and employees (AOE)
• Ensure timely bank reconciliation .
