We’re seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team. You’ll oversee critical functions including budgeting, cash flow management, accounts payable, daily transaction integrity, and BIR compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets; provide actionable insights.

· Cash Position Management: Track daily cash flow, optimize liquidity, and prepare cash forecasts.

· Accounts Payable (AP): Supervise end-to-end AP processes, ensure timely payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.

· Daily Transaction Oversight: Manage GL entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.

· BIR Compliance: Lead timely filing of BIR returns (VAT, Income Tax, EWT), handle tax audits, and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.

· Internal Controls: Maintain to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

✅ Education: bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

✅ Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

✅ Technical Skills:

Expertise in budgeting, cash flow analysis, AP, and BIR filing (knowledge of tax forms, deadlines, and eFPS).

✅ Other Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with high integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
