Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor works under the direction of Finance and Accounting Head and performs duties at a professional level with attention towards the delivery of quality customer service by overseeing accounting activities, including accounts receivable and cash receipts, accounts payable, cash disbursements, inventory, and month-end closing accounting activities. The role maintains the general ledger, prepares for the year-end audit, collaborates with the operating department in preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with the BIR rules and regulations, and prepares for timely and accurate financial reporting. Work closely with team members and assist the Finance and Accounting Head, VP for Support Services, and Chief Finance Officer with special projects.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years related experience in accounting or other roles involving financial analysis and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Graduate of Accounting or Finance related course or it's equivalent
• Good critical thinking skills and knowledge in accounting practices.
• Knowledge with Accounting software (Quickbooks or other similar accounting software)
• With knowledge in preparing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and generating financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Willing to deploy at Lucena City
