Accounting Technician

We have a position opening for an accounting technician with a focus on project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts; 5+ years experience in accounting

Experience working in the administration of the construction industry

Experience with Jonas Premier Software

Be eligible to work in Canada

Role is in-office 5 days/week

Duties include:

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Post journal entries

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Reconcile accounts
