Cervino Medical are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the business, ensuring that our invoicing, payments, and reconciliations are accurate and efficient. This is a full-time role only. The successful candidate is required to work 5 days a week and working hours are typically 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Generate, review, and send out invoices timely and accurately.
- Payments Management: Process and track payments from patients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Account Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and files.
- Support & Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve any financial discrepancies and answer queries.
- Reporting: Assist with periodic financial reporting and support audit processes as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance support role, preferably within a medical or professional services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Education: A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred but not mandatory.
