Based in Aston, Pennsylvania, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships within our community. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a professional, outgoing, and relationship-driven Accounts Executive to strengthen our referral network and support our ongoing growth.

Position Overview

The Accounts Executive is responsible for developing and managing key business relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, property managers, and other referral partners. This position focuses on maintaining trust, providing excellent communication, and ensuring partners and clients receive a smooth, positive experience with our company.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for referral partners — connecting them with our team, keeping them informed on project progress, and helping both sides succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners, clients, and local business contacts.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our professional network through BNI meetings, community events, and industry functions.
• Track and manage referral activity, ensuring that leads are followed up on promptly and partners receive updates.
• Serve as a liaison between partners and our production team to ensure smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
• Provide follow-up and ongoing communication to ensure partner satisfaction and encourage continued collaboration.
• Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and activity in the company CRM.
• Support internal team members by coordinating introductions, gathering feedback, and helping refine the client experience.
• Provide regular updates on relationship performance, opportunities, and growth progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, relationship development, or client services (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and proactive with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable attending networking events and representing the company professionally.
• Familiarity with restoration, construction, or home services industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
