Accounts Payable Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of an essential part of our financial operations? We’re seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain strong financial records, and support smooth accounting processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Support month-end closing and reporting as needed.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts software and excel worksheets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Relevant third-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
