Accounts Payable Administrator

Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Administrator will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and financial transactions across all business units. This position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices for corporate and four distribution centers, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s, payment terms, and contact information
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to verify pricing, quantities, and approvals
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and AP aging reports
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
