Accounts Payable Analyst

Golden Century Marketing is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records.

What you'll be doing

• Process and record accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with the broader accounting team to ensure timely payments and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Assist with the preparation of reports and provide analytical support as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies within the accounts payable function
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an accounts payable or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
