Accounts Payable Associate - (Cdo)

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. This role supports the finance team in maintaining smooth operations and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to resolve payment-related issues
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Amenable to work in CDO office as hybrid setup
• Open for fresh graduates
• Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
